Refund Policy

Biageli LLC is happy to issue a refund, store credit, or exchange on all full-priced items that meet the conditions below. We want you to love what you wear, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the quality of our garments.

Eligible Items

  • Must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and hygiene stickers intact.

  • All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Shipping Returns

  • Returns for personal reasons (size, style, color, or change of mind) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns due to verified defects are covered by Biageli. Defect claims are reviewed upon receipt and inspection.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method, or store credit if the original method is unavailable.

  • Refund transactions typically take 2–10 business days to appear in your bank account.

Final Sale Items

  • All items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions.

Order Cancellation

  • We must be contacted directly for a cancellation request. Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
