Biageli LLC. is happy to issue a store credit, exchange or refund for all full-priced items that meet the conditions below. We want you to love what you wear and we appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the integrity of our garments.  Eligible Returns Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and hygiene stickers fully intact. All returns are subject to inspection before approval. Ship back to Biageli 1 Pennock Drive Garnet Valley, PA 19060 Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you must first return the original item for inspection. Once approved, we will process your exchange. Exchanges must be for items of equal value. We are unable to accommodate exchanges that require additional payment or refunds for lower-priced items. Approval & Processing Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, offer store credit, or facilitate an exchange for another size or item. If your original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued. Shipping Costs for Returns If your return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size, style, or color preference), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Biageli will bear the shipping cost to ship the exchange back to the customer. If your return is due to a verified defect or wrong order, Biageli will cover the return shipping cost as well as the cost of shipping an exchange back to the customer. Defect claims will be reviewed upon receipt and inspection of the item. FINAL SALE Items All items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions.

Yes. For international orders, customers are responsible for any VAT, import duties or customs fees required by their country. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.
