Return Policy

Biageli LLC. is happy to issue a store credit, exchange or refund for all full-priced items that meet the conditions below. We want you to love what you wear, and we appreciate your understanding as these guidelines help us maintain the integrity and quality of our garments.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and hygiene stickers fully intact.

  • All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the purchase price of the returned item(s) only.

Exchanges

  • Please contact us at hello@biageli.com to initiate an exchange. 

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you must first return the original item for inspection. Once approved, we will process the exchange.

    • Exchanges must be for items of equal value. We are unable to accommodate exchanges that require additional payment or refunds for lower-priced items.

    Approval & Processing

    • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.

    • Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, offer store credit, or facilitate an exchange for another size or item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

    • If your original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

    Shipping Costs for Returns

    • Personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, size, style, or color preference): Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you request an exchange, Biageli will cover shipping for the replacement item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Defects or wrong items: Biageli will cover the return shipping cost. If you request an exchange, we will also cover the shipping for the replacement item. Defect claims are reviewed upon receipt and inspection.

    FINAL SALE Items

    • All items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions.

    IN-STORE STOCKISTS, AND RETAILER PURCHASES

    Purchases made in-store or through authorized retailers are subject to the return policy of the respective store where the purchase was made.

    -Please refer to the store's return policy for specific details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

    -Refunds will be issued in accordance with the store's refund policy and may be provided in the original form of payment or as store credit.

    -Returns and exchanges for online purchases may also be subject to the retailer's online return policy, if applicable.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

    -Duties and taxes may vary outside of the U.S.A depending on the receiving countries' border and their laws. 

    Changes to DDP Shipping: We will no longer ship orders DDP (Duties and Taxes Paid) to any country outside of the EU (Middle East, Asia, Africa, etc.). All international orders should expect corresponding duties fees upon delivery, subject to the local laws of the recipient.

    Biageli is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return

    Original shipping costs charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
