Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are prepaid at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in BIAGELI’s product or shipping prices.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibilities

BIAGELI partners with independent third-party shipping carriers to deliver international orders. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, monitoring tracking updates, responding to carrier communications, and completing any customs clearance or payment requirements promptly.

BIAGELI will provide shipment tracking information and reasonable assistance with delivery inquiries. However, customs processing, local delivery procedures, and carrier-imposed charges are managed by the relevant carriers and authorities.
